Residual liquid detection system - LC 10
Residual liquids control devices prevent bottles from being filled that still contain residual liquids after cleaning and thus pose a health hazard.
The LC 10 residual liquid detection system safely and reliably checks even small amounts of residual liquid. Detection for residual foils, metal closures (crown caps), and metallic foreign objects at the bottom of the bottle is optionally available.
Intelligent microprocessor control allows the instrument to self-calibrate and maintain consistent sensitivity as environmental conditions change.
The functional reliability of the device is ensured by continuous self-monitoring and fault diagnosis with signal output via potential-free contacts (belt stop, light, horn, bottle stopper).
